As Strategic Digital Marketing Manager, Sarah Allwardt leads Kane Residential’s corporate and community-level marketing, branding, digital advertising, social media, and community outreach efforts. Working closely with regional managers, site teams, development, and internal and external stakeholders, Sarah develops and executes innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic and leasing efforts. She joined Kane Residential in June 2019, bringing over 12 years of multifamily marketing experience from previous roles at Post Properties (now MAA) and RADCO Residential.
Sarah holds a BA in English from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. She is new to the Raleigh area after previously residing in Atlanta and Pittsburgh, and she enjoys exploring the Triangle with her husband, Will, and their two daughters. Outside of work, Sarah’s interests also include cooking, reading, watching football (go Steelers!) and trying new restaurants.
